Many of my clients come to therapy feeling like they’ve lost touch with themselves. Joy feels distant, and everyday life can feel heavy—marked by people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, or a general sense of disconnection. These patterns often show up in every corner of life, from relationships to work to how we see ourselves.

In our work together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, identifying what’s causing difficulty and learning tools to manage it. As clients begin to make choices from a more regulated, grounded place, they often experience a powerful shift. This is where real change happens—when awareness turns into action, and old patterns start to lose their grip.

Therapy also offers space to navigate complex relationship dynamics that may leave you feeling stuck, defeated, or unsure of how to move forward. My role is to help you reconnect with the strength and clarity that’s already within you—even if it doesn’t feel accessible right now.
