Heart-Centered
Therapy

A safe space for self-discovery while navigating life’s many transitions.

In a Therapy Session..

Foundational to the Heart Space practice is the belief that relationships are central in both our wounding and healing. While difficult relationships and traumas can affect your confidence and self-esteem, impacting every aspect of your daily life, this gets to be your safe space. Grounded in equity, mutual respect, and a sense of shared purpose Heart Space is your place to be poured into with the warmth of healthy relationship, which allows your brain to rewire.

In our work together, I call upon relational principles and facilitate from a personal-growth model where my role is to be your partner in holistic healing.

These sessions are a playground for your inner being, so we’ll use tools that resonate for you, such as art, writing, somatic work, psychodrama, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy. The idea is to not just symptom-manage, but treat at the root by getting out of the logical brain and into the metaphorical mind so you can create change that actually lasts.

Through attuned presence and stabilizing mind-body approaches, you’ll restore and strengthen the connection you have with your inner realm and outer world. We’ll play in partnership, build upon your strengths, and create a unique pathway to get you to your heart’s vision.

I adore working with..

..creative, deep-feeling, cycle breaking, growth-oriented folks! Perhaps you’d even say you’re a little bit woo, craving a therapeutic place to play as you unravel pain and welcome in joy.

You’ve also probably started to notice patterns. Maybe in yourself or patterning that you’re consistently attracting. You’re thinking why do I keep finding myself in these situations?

You’re acutely aware that something feels off, but can’t quite put your finger on it. Anger, anxiety, people pleasing.. you may even have observed some of these ways that the body is letting you know that something has got to shift.

And maybe right now, you’re in the thick of it—untangling painful family dynamics, holding grief that feels too big to carry alone, or uncovering parts of yourself that were hidden for the sake of survival. It’s tender work, and it makes sense that it feels messy.

In this space, you don’t have to figure it all out at once. Healing begins in relationship. Through presence, safety, and connection, we create the conditions for that healing to unfold. You are worthy of being seen in your complexity, supported in your pain, and held as you gently return to the wholeness of who you are.

Whatever it is you’re experiencing– times of transition, overwhelm, loneliness, anxiety, anger, depression– I invite you to trust that through a dedicated space for gentle curiosity you can find your way back home to your heart.

You can trust the science that says neurobiology and mindfulness have proven that the human brain can be distraught while simultaneously observing the self with compassion.

You can trust that cultivating the capacity to be both experiencing and holding the experience is the key to cultivating calm when facing adversity.

And most importantly, you can trust that you are the expert in your life, simply open to the settled nervous system of a guide who nudges you to connect back to your true essence.
